We met Eva Guerrero at the SCAA Global Expo in a Milk Steaming and Latte Art class in Seattle a few years ago. Shaun was being himself (acting a fool) and started a conversation. Several months later, he was on a plane to visit the farm (Santa Rita Estate). This visit blossomed into a yearly visit during harvest season and most importantly a great bunch of friends. Dania and Desiree are amazing farm owners and take much pride in the work they do at the farm. It is not uncommon to have Dania jump off the back of a moving truck to point out a family of sloths in the trees, or the oropendolas. We hope you enjoy this coffee as much as we do.
