Lotus is our signature espresso. A blend of South and Central American coffees, Lotus is a full bodied coffee with plenty of sweetness to spare. Great as both an espresso and drip coffee.
When brewed, this coffee produces a full bodied cup with notes of milk chocolate and sweet malts.

Our Decaf is a blend of coffee from two Peruvian coffee cooperatives; Cooperativa Agroecologica Industrial Juan Santos Atahualpa and Asociacion de Productores Cafetaleros ‘Selva Andina,’ both of which are certified Fair Trade Organic. When brewed, this coffee produces a smooth cup with a velvety body and delicious notes of chocolate. So good, you’ll think it’s caffeinated.

Our Brazil comes from the Fazenda Ambiental Fortaleza (FAF) farm in the Mogiana region of southern Brazil, near Sao Paolo. FAF is a part of Cafe Bobolink, a nature-friendly cooperative of small coffee farmers which creates sanctuaries for birds, plants, and other wildlife on their land.
When brewed, this coffee produces a medium bodied cup with low acidity and notes of dark chocolate and almond. We love this coffee for its balanced flavor profile.
